Booking Confirmation & Deposit Policy:
To secure your tattoo booking, a $200 deposit is required, serving as a commitment from both parties. This deposit reserves your preferred time/date on our calendar and covers administrative costs. Rest assured, the full deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo during your final session, making it a fair and essential part of the tattoo process.
Key points to note:
- Deposits are non-refundable, as per industry standard.
- If your tattoo requires multiple sessions, the deposit will automatically carry over to subsequent appointments.
- Deposits are non-transferable to other artists or customers but can be moved to another appointment (subject to forfeiture conditions, see below).
Forfeiture of deposits may occur under the following circumstances:
- Arriving to your appointment intoxicated, sick, sunburnt, or without valid ID and cannot be tattooed.
- More than 6 months pass without communication or attempts to schedule from you.
- If more than 2 years lapse between sessions for large ongoing work before the tattoo is complete.
- Making unapproved major changes to the tattoo concept or design.
- Cancellations and no-shows will automatically forfeit the deposit without exceptions.
During travel and guesting periods, deposits cannot be transferred for appointment reschedules due to restricted availability and increased costs associated with the artist’s travel.
For base studio appointments, if you need to reschedule, please notify the artist via email at least 72 hours in advance. We can move your deposit with your appointment date once before it is forfeited, but further date changes will require a new deposit. Late reschedules due to genuine, unavoidable emergencies or illness will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If anything changes or you start feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. This allows the artist to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting to get tattooed. Your cooperation ensures a fair and smooth scheduling process for everyone involved.
