Hi all. Today I am in Rubyvale being a complete and utter tourist fossicking for sapphires. A local told me a should set up a tattoo shop here, haha.

Continuing my series of tattoos that I never got around to posting. This one is from August 2021. Male satin bowerbird with some tree waratahs. This lovely gentleman had these birds living on his property. This was a cover up over an old tattoo, made possible by the fact it was faded and the new tattoo contained a lot of black. From memory the original is under the tail and wing feathers.

Welcome to my fun new game of scrolling back through my photos and finding all these awesome tattoo photos I never got around to posting. There are so many of these that never went up! Likely due to me being under the pump while preparing for the trip. Now that I have a bit of time on my hands I can post them up starting with this silver princess, wattle & grevillea combo.

I'm not being methodical in how I'm posting either, just doing a huge spinning rollback and seeing where the camera roll lands and what tattoo it happens to land on 🤣

Forgot to post this cutie Eastern Yellow Robin & small Ulysses butterfly I did above some @acacia_lana_tattoos pieces when I was guesting at @hokumtattoo in Eumundi last month.

At the moment I am out west in the Lockyer Valley. So far the loose plan is to head out further west from here & then head up north from there. I'm taking a little break from tattooing to enjoy the travel & catch up with family/friends on the way out. I will post when I plan to stop & do a bit of work again.

Squatter pigeon with some fountain grass to fill the last spot on Laura's leg in between the kestral & bilby I previous tattooed. A serious power move by Laura to have sat the inner thigh in one go.

This was last tattoo of my guest spot at @hokumtattoo in Eumundi. Super grateful to get to experience the week here. Such a great little studio with a lot of talent, a fun atmosphere & good people. Thanks so much for having me Hokum! ❤️
